Common Buzzard and Harris Hawk have bred in Plymouth

Could this be the beginning of Super Buzzard, or perhaps Buzz Hawks.  How dangerous is this type of crossing in the wild?

Well if these young were 'just' Harris Hawks breeding in UK I would be worried,(as they are an extremely efficient hunter)much more so that the C.Buzzard...but to have Hybrid young now in our 'wild bird'population,is I feel unacceptable.The male parent bird,seen on the chimney pot,has anklets on ! Im afriad there's a Falconer out there who has alot to answer for..
